Traudel Toftegaard was trained as a goldsmith, setter and jewellery designer in Germany in the mid-sixties, and has attained many international awards since. She and her husband’s workshop was founded in 1970. Traudel Toftegaard's designs are often influenced by the natural world around her, and she textures and shapes her work with an artist's eye for perfect proportions and elegant curves.
