From the Navigation Bar above choose a category of product (e.g. Rings or International), then choose a sub category (e.g. Diamond Rings or Thomas Sabo).
Browse the items and click on any item to see a larger image and more details.

If an item is not available for online purchase you will see a link: "Enquire for Price". This probably means it's a new item that we have not fully loaded to the shopping cart yet.

Click Enquire for Price to send us an email and we'll contact you asap to confirm details.
 
If an item is available for online purchase you will see an Add To Cart button.
1. Simply "Add to Cart" your selected items. 
2. Click the "View Shopping Cart" button to see the contents or change the quantity.  
3. Click "Enter Payment Details" to enter your details and place your order.

For online orders, delivered to your door we accept payment by Visa and MasterCard.

DELIVERY

We offer 5 delivery options:
1. Pickup – Free. There is no delivery or packaging fee for orders picked it up from our store.
2. Anywhere in New Zealand, no signature. $6
(Delivered at your risk anywhere in New Zealand.)
 
3. Anywhere in New Zealand, with signature. $12
(Delivered anywhere in New Zealand, insured in full with a tracking number.)
 
4. International, no signature. $25
(Delivered at your risk anywhere in the world.)
 
5. International, with signature. $70
(Delivered anywhere in the world, insured in full with a tracking number.)
 
NZ Rural Delivery is an extra $5.00.  
 
We require a Postcode to be supplied to ensure delivery in a timely fashion. Failure to provide us with the correct Postcode or Delivery Option will result in delays and your delivery may be cancelled. We take no responsibility for un-delivered items due to incomplete or incorrect delivery details that we are provided with.
We try our utmost to have products delivered in the required timeframe, however we do need to fit in with a courier service. Please refer to Timing below.

CANCELLATION

Once an order has been placed and payment has been made you will not be able to cancel it, so please make your purchase with care.

TIMING

Some jewellery from our collections is held in stock, but some is custom made for you once you place your order, and can take four to six weeks to complete.  We will advise approximate delivery times, and let you know when we ship your jewellery.

Prices are subject to change without notice and are in New Zealand Dollars.

RETURN, REPLACEMENTS & REFUNDS

No refunds will be given for jewellery if the jewellery meets the listed specifications and you have simply changed your mind. So please choose carefully.
If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 to provide a remedy.
If your item has been damaged in transit please contact us immediately and describe the damage so we can provide the appropriate remedy. If your item has been damaged in transit a refund/replacement will be at our discretion.
Should a refund be provided it will be done within 7 days and include the courier fee.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

Our aim is to supply your order in a timely manner, however if a supply issue arises we will contact you as soon as possible. If goods are delayed indefinitely and no alternative is found the order may be cancelled.
